Our air conditioner went out on a Monday afternoon and the guys at Happy got me on the schedule for Tuesday morning. As summer heats up in Texas people's ACs start to struggle and there is only so much time in the day so I was happy (no pun intended) that I was able to be seen in less than 24 hours. The guys were prompt in their arrival and extremely professional about explaining the (thankfully) relatively minor issue that caused the unit to lock up. They had the problem figured out and addressed relatively quick, stayed for a bit to clean the outside unit up while it cooled down inside, and finally made sure the unit was blowing at the appropriate temperature before heading out. Highly recommend these guys to anyone who is unfortunate enough to need AC work, especially during Texas summers. The guys at Happy are professional, knowledgeable, and they didn't break the bank, A+++!! This is my third excellent experience with the guys at Happy. I had them install a mini-split system in my garage last spring and I had a capacitor go out on the house unit last summer. I will always be a Happy customer, pun totally intended this time!

I can really say I don't know what I would so without them. They are very knowledgeable. Professional. Quick. Caring. And its so hard to find these qualities now in customer service and they're very kind as well. I don't know how anyone can beat the pricing and service. I mean that Is what it is all about. Show up on time. Shows so much respect 🙏 I'm always comfortable with them coming through my door as I know I'm in good hands. Good to go. Both workers are amazing they go above and beyond to help as much as possible. It's the summer and if toy really need hvac ac heating. Just call them. They turned out to be much more than I expected. So I feel blessed.

Had my ac fixed today didn’t catch his name but the guy was super nice and was even sweet to my spaz of a dog. Got my ac fixed in like 15 minutes like nothing. Highly recommend
